A lot of water has passed under the bridge since the last letter.  Team Blarney Stone had a stellar show at AQHA Select World in Amarillo, Texas.  Annette Kimball & Kelvan Gogh “Big Bird” came home with two World trophies and a sterling silver Montana belt buckle large enough to serve hors d’oeuvres.  Annette placed Reserve World Champion in Equitation Over Fences, Third in Working Hunter, and Sixth in Hunter Hack.  Janice Moser and A Western Special “Bill” were seventh in Hunter Hack.  Dr. Charles Wilkins and No Rival “Reba” placed fifth in Jumping.  Mike Winfrey and Watergait Charlie “Charlie” place fifth in Equitation Over Fences.  All were proud recipients of leather jackets with AQHA logos.  They also received rousing ovations from the Blarney Stone Cheering Squad.
Congratulations are due to Laura Bruening on the recent acquisition of Mr. Joe Twist "Trigger", an American Quarter Horse.  Laura and Trigger will be a great winning pair. Watch for this outstanding pair in the 2006 Show Season. Our AQHA October show on the 28, 29, & 30, looks like it is going to be one heck of a Show. We have already received entries, stall reservations, and camper space requests. You all are invited to come and see the show at the Texas Tech Equestrian Center in Lubbock.  Come One Come All!  We would love to see you there!
